The Client workstation’s main role is to accept your entries and to display screens for the program that is running on the server. Faster performance – Since the program processing and the data are on the server your workstation doesn’t have to wait for programs and files to be loaded over the network. Easier setup and administration – Since the client requires only a thin client runtime you can manage your program updates and file administration on the server.
